Get Ready For State Assessments

 

Are you hanging in there? Is it time for your spring break? I've got you. I completely understand. That countdown is on! And then we will count down until the end of the year! That's a whole lot of counting.

Speaking of counting. . . Have you seen these? It allows your 2nd or 3rd grade students to practice skip counting. There is a lady bug on each page that helps the child to count on, or maybe they can already see the pattern and figure out the next number.

Practicing with these, helps to prepare your students for multiplication which may be in 2nd or 3rd grade. Letting them see the visual is a good idea. Also questions like these show up on end of the year testing, so that's another reason to get some practice in.
